Renegade Run Ranch was established in 1972 as an extension of Live Oak Stables, Ox Bottom Road, Tallahassee, Florida. We are at home on 22 acres of lush green pastures at the corner of 29 Deer Run Road and 3815 Concord Road, (also C.R. 157) 3 miles east of Havana, Florida and 15 miles North of Tallahassee, Florida.

 

Currently we house IRON STAR EQUESTRIAN offering boarding, training and lessons and have an open door policy so we invite you to call or stop by anytime.

Renegade Run Ranch is owned and operated by Judy Perry:

 

I grew up on a farm in West Virginia and have always loved horses.  At the age of 2, I started riding my dad's draft horses and had my own horse at the very young age of 6 with the the responsibility of taking care of it. When we moved to Florida in 1964 so my husband could attend FSU, I needed to find something to do in my spare time so I decided to expand my love of horses and opened Live Oak Stables on Ox Bottom Road in Tallahassee, FL where we offered riding lessons and boarded horses.  

 

We were home to the Ochlockonee River Pony Club, the first national pony club in the Tallahassee area, and The Live Oak hounds, now out of Thomasville, GA, was established there.  I now own and operate Renegade Run Ranch located 3 miles east of Havana, Fl., where I still board and give TLC "tender loving care" to horses who don't have a home of their own and owners who don't have their own place.
